We work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and engineering inventive solutions.About YouKey skills and ExperienceProven experience as an Application Architect.Proficiency in software development using Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, and any major UI framework (Angular, React, Svelte, etc.).Full-stack development experience is a plus, with knowledge in TypeScript, Python, Unix/Windows scripting, etc.Experience in API design and implementation (REST, RPC, SOAP, etc.).Knowledge of modern software architecture using synchronous and asynchronous integration technologies (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.).Leadership skills, effective communication, and an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong analytical skills, approaching problems in a structured way, combining your creative ideas with those of others.Active communicator with development teams, business teams and stakeholders.Additional AdvantagesUnderstanding of P&C re/insurance business.Familiarity with digital transformation principles.Minimum base salary for this job from 4000 EUR gross/month/full time.
