• You will accompany challenging consulting projects regarding analysis, evaluation, specification, and implementation in the context of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and accounting.
• You will apply modern concepts and methodologies for analyzing, designing, and implementing reporting requirements in process and IT landscapes.
• You will contribute to defining the migration strategy, accompany the necessary testing activities, and thus ensure a smooth migration.
• Gradually, you will take on more responsibility for your topics as well as the leadership of (partial) projects and smaller project teams in the Finance Change domain.
• In addition to project work, you will have the opportunity to contribute to internal topics (e.g., conceptual development of new consulting products), develop them further, and implement your own ideas.

• You have successfully completed a university degree and at least three years of practical experience in finance change and project management
• You have experience in the analysis and interpretation of national and international accounting standards (HGB, PCG or IFRS) as well as regulatory requirements
• You are passionate about topics related to the financial services industry and the associated processes, financial products and data for reporting
• You are a team player with very good communicative, analytical and conceptual skills
• You are fluent in German and English, very good MS Office skills
