Popis:JUMP INTO YOUR AT TESCO AND THRIVE IN THE PROPERTY & MALLS DEPARTMENT.Development program in Tesco is basically an expedition. During 6 to 9 months you have a chance to explore our Central European business, gather on the job experience and learn from the best leaders.Your role after the program depends on you, you can grow in the chosen position, in your department or take more responsibility and become a manager.The application deadline is April 26th 2024, the start of the program is set for September 2024.The program is for graduates that received min. Bachelor degree up to 2 years ago.WHAT THE PROGRAM IS ABOUT:

You will work in Property&Mall department. This is one of the biggest department in Central Europe Head office. The team is looking after our fixed assets. We maintain our assets, develop our stores to be more convenient for our customers. We are also responsible for leasing our units within the malls and shopping centres.
Property team is also responsible for the renewal of our stores and the new store opening program across the 3 markets.
You will get fast-track, challenging development program which gives you a chance to steer you career path with ongoing support from our best leaders.
You will experience a range of rotational placements which give you a breadth of knowledge about your department and our CE business. You will have a great opportunity to work in an international team and meet other program participants.
We encourage self-led development and support this with a range of e-learning, face to face training sessions and giving you opportunity to learn from others.
