It's time to become a proud creator.THE OPPORTUNITYResponsible for leading a team of engineers in Trim & Final manufacturing area. Ensuring flawless new model launches, process optimization, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role combines technical expertise with strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.WHAT TO EXPECT

Ensure team and workplace safety
Plan and execute flawless product launches, including risk and contingency management
Maintain compliance with Bill of Process (BOP)
Develop and implement processes, tooling, jigs, and fixtures
Coach, mentor, and develop engineers; manage training and succession planning
Production
Program Management Team
Plant Quality
Launch team
Maintenance Team

WHAT YOU´LL NEED

Significant experience in Manufacturing Engineering processes, tools, and techniques, including consistent delivery of productivity targets
Extensive experience in leading and developing teams within a manufacturing environment
Strong application of problem-solving methodologies and logical approaches to complex issues
Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety audits, ergonomics, and risk assessments
Proficient in PFMEA, Control Plan, and Design for Assembly principles
High level of computer literacy; ability to use engineering and program tools
Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
Experience in launch environments and new model introduction
Knowledge of CAD tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
