As a Project Management Intern, you will support the Central and Eastern Europe Program department to implement projects on Residential Energy and Affordable Housing in Europe funded by the EU, governments and private foundations.The main responsibilities would be:
- Support the Project Manager in delivering project tasks and deliverables
- Preparation of project documents, materials, presentations, texts and visuals for internal and external audiences
- Support in project reporting and monitoring
- Preparation of materials for social media posts and website on project activities
- Support with scheduling meetings, event organization and internal communications, minute taking
- Support with grant proposal preparation
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
- University student with specialization in humanitarian fields, such as marketing, political science, international relations, European studies, business and other based in Slovakia
- Interest in a long-term internship for at least a year
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Openness to learn, attention to detail, strong time management and self-organization skills
- Proficiency in using graphic design software is an advantage
- Strong writing skills
- Advanced digital skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), any database or knowledge system is welcomed
