Proactively identify service delivery issues by taking appropriate actions to resolve and generally improve quality standards.Handle individual queries from employees and managers across all HR processes and take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring a timely and accurate response.Has an overview about HR processes, changes, project requests and developments within a country and supports in administration and operational execution when needed.Proactively drives the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management practice for HR processes.Involvement in running company projects.Any other tasks based on business requirements.The minimum salary on this position is 2.000 EUR.
