Join our dynamic Inside Sales team in Bratislava and play a key role in driving growth across Austria!As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll work with service technician leads to identify customer needs, prepare quotes, and secure orders for labour and materials. You’ll act as a vital link between customers, suppliers, and our field teams, ensuring seamless service and tailored solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Making introductory calls to understand customer needs and close salesPreparing accurate quotes using local pricing toolsCollaborating with Field Operations and Sales teams to identify upsell opportunitiesCommunicating with suppliers to support quoting and deliveryProviding excellent customer service with regular updates and clear expectationsFollowing up with customers to secure orders within set timeframesHandling ad hoc administrative tasks as neededFocus Areas: Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M), Upgrades, Spare PartsWhat We’re Looking ForCompleted secondary educationMin 3year experience in B2B sales, estimation, or customer-facing rolesFluency in German and EnglishStrong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skillsComfortable working with Outlook, Word, and ExcelNice to Have:Technical education in mechanical or electrical fields and familiarity with Johnson Controls products (HVAC, Fire & Security, Controls)Our benefitsBesides working in an international environment, you will receive a regularly monthly bonus after your first six months, meal vouchers, a recreation allowance and retail discounts. The gross monthly salary for this position starts from €1,550, plus a monthly bonus (starting after your first 6 months) and eligibility for our Sales Incentive Plan.
