Our goal is to proactively find new ways to improve and continuously transform into the type of company providing innovative information and communication technology services.Job DescriptionMain purpose of this job is to manage and control, validate, create, plan, coordinate and process complex customer orders to deliver them in the specific time, quality, costs & KPI.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Act as an order entry gate for the customer.
  • Process/create orders for customers in specific tools to deliver customer requests.
  • Receive and validate customer requests in tools and collect all necessary information, documentation to complete the order. Review the background documentation and transfer prices, taking into account any detail, guarantee or quality standard that may affect the price.
  • Manage approvals and order specification in pre-order phase.
  • Plan orders commercially in specific tools – assign cost allocation to implementer’s teams.
  • Plan orders technically in specific tools – assign active tasks to implementer’s teams and releases order into production.
  • Provide support to implementer’s teams to deliver customer requests in time and quality.
QualificationsYOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
  • Speak German at least on B2 level. English is reviewed as your advantage.
  • Have minimum 2 years experience at ICT System Engineering
  • Are advanced at soft skills such as customer orientation, communication and negotiation skills, time management problem solving ability and result orientation and also presentation skills.
  • Have completed secondary education.
