Make your move, Join us !Job DescriptionMission:As a Project Launch Manager, your mission is to ensure seamless production and flawless launches in coordination with Project development at Development Center. You'll be responsible for overseeing project achievements, from the preparation of Off Tool Off Process milestone to Project Closure.Responsibilities:Ensure successful Project launches with a focus on quality and cost effectiveness.Manage manufacturing objectives, including process standards, timing, and logistic control.Oversee Run at Rate, planning and execution for assembly and components.Coordinate acceptance of local component parts and customer process validation.Handle PPAP file delivery and ensure timely parts deliveries to customers.Validate production site capacity and investments for ramp-up phases.Monitor non-quality costs and implement quality improvement plans.Allocate and manage Project resources effectively.Promote and uphold company Values, Culture, and Standards during project launches.Coordinate communication towards customer locallyPlay the interface role between the Project development team located in Development Center and the customerQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external customers.Proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Fluency in English is essential.Additional InformationAt SEGULA Technologies, diversity, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of our HR policy.
