
Sales Manager

- Lead and develop the sales department, define sales strategy, and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Drive sales of products, equipment, and services within the assigned portfolio; prepare offers, pricing, and contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, lead negotiations, meetings, and presentations.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and risks; identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate the team and collaborate closely with marketing and global managers.
- Ensure accuracy of price lists, sales documentation, and compliance with internal policies.
- Education: Secondary school with graduation or university degree (electrical engineering background is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Languages: Slovak – C2, English – at least B1.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proactivity, independence, responsibility, pleasant and professional demeanor, ability to take ownership, and solid business acumen.
- Other: Willingness to travel
- From 2,600 € gross + variable component.
- The final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and skills and will be adjusted accordingly.
