Overseeing the entire production testing process for quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
Leading and managing the testing department and its staff.
Setting and achieving production and testing targets.
Managing finances and projects, and implementing efficient manufacturing practices.

Other Responsibilities:

Ensuring smooth testing operations and project launches.
Collaborating with international R&D for new product testing procedures.
Managing the testing department budget and reporting to superiors.
Leading a team, implementing new testing equipment, and overseeing its use.
Working collaboratively across departments during product launches.
Taking responsibility for testing throughout the production cycle (start-up, ramp-up, full production).
Overseeing testing activities during full production and adapting to quality changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2 years of experience in a testing engineering position.
Additional experience with enterprise software (SAP), automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949), environmental management (ISO 14001), and safety standards (OHSAS) is a great advantage (not condition).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
Understanding of quality control tools (FMEA, P-FMEA, PPAP, control plan) and improvement methodologies.
English language - B2
Slovak language - fluent
