- Ability to provide timely and accurate administrative and operational support in compliance with organisational procedures.
- Basic understanding of office management practices and administrative processes.
- Capability to maintain organised and accurate records and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Familiarity with standard IT tools and systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Master's Degree related to the area of work.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative or operational experience, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Experience supporting planning, reporting, and office coordination activities is an asset.
- Experience working with financial and procurement procedures is an asset.
- Proficiency in (verbal/written) English; proficiency in a major EU language is an asset.
- Proficiency in the use of standard IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
