- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data, Product, Security)
- Partner with hiring managers to shape job briefs, interview processes, and hiring decisions
- Coach hiring managers on best practices in structured interviewing, role definition, and candidate engagement
- Source passive candidates using advanced LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other tools
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate assessments
- Track pipeline data, hiring progress, and present regular reporting to stakeholders
- Stay current on sourcing strategies, tech talent trends, and new tools
- 5+ years of IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Proven track record of hiring backend/frontend engineers, DevOps, QA, product managers, data engineers
- Experience in fast-paced, international, or scaling environments
- Strong English fluency; Slovak is a plus
- Deep sourcing expertise: Boolean, X-ray, GitHub search, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with technical hiring pipelines, software stacks, and market mapping
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, offer negotiation, and pipeline management
- Experience using ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday)
- Knowledge of hiring metrics and reporting (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)
