Close cooperation with Henkel Global Commercial and R&D Controlling team based in Düsseldorf, and with Local / Regional stakeholders
Monitoring and analysis of sales performance and direct account profitability, and preparation of sales reports for management
Price vs Volume-driven growth analysis, at customer / product level
E-commerce planning process (data collection, review and upload to Sales BI tool)
Maintenance of international customer hierarchy / legal structure to ensure data quality and consistency
Drive continuous improvement and process harmonization, simplification initiatives

What makes you a good fit

Background and experience in Finance and Controlling
Active level of English (written & spoken)
Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including data analysis tools (Power Query, Power Pivot)
Strong analytical skills, interest in reporting and automation
Attention to detail, customer orientation and collaboration skills
