IT Portfolio Manager(m/f/d)

• Evaluate and select projects or services, based on Infrastructure & business (customer) strategy.
• Manage portfolio performance, portfolio risk and escalate issues, if necessary, initiate corrective action and recommendations.
• Resolve and prepare resolution of inter-portfolio dependencies and risks from a strategic perspective and in a business continuity context.
• Ensure accurate decision-making preparation, prioritization, and partner communication on senior management level.
• Advise project managers and executive-level colleagues, service owners and partners, driving timely delivery of priorities.
• Track progress and timelines for all Optimus initiatives incl. risks or issues.
• Take ownership and steer the Optimus initiatives in time, quality and budget.

• Experience in technology and organizational transformation, as well as change management, with international project experience or consulting experience.
• Understanding of risk, quality, and delivery management.
• Degree or equivalent work experience as IT Project/ Program Manager.
• Numbers oriented, with experience of budget management and proposal drafting, with a strong ability to weigh-up and effectively communicate competing alternatives to different approaches.
• Be highly structured and consistently well-organized.
• The professional maturity to understand and interpret business imperatives, as well as guide and drive executive-level colleagues.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and oral, with pronounced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects.
• Basic knowledge in AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
