To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsWe are looking for a Warranty Billing Specialist responsible for invoice payment process and daily support to service providers on billing related queries.You will be reporting to Services Operations Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
  • Ensure on time communication and quality support to vendors regarding reimbursement plan, invoice payment issues and bank details update
  • Verify the received invoices from vendors and updates in the Invoice database
  • Submit invoices for payments via GFP tooling system or as offline payment files
  • Cooperate with Treasury & AP team on invoice payments
  • Support EMEA services team on billing data consolidations and manual billing validation
  • Finance data maintenance & Exceptions processing
  • Provide governance of ledger entries and interlock with accounting teams
  • Regularly update Billing & Invoicing process documentation
Skills:
  • Communication skills – ability to cooperate with different functions on solving an issue
  • Presentation skills – ability to present on the calls in front of Service Delivery managers
  • IT skills: MS Excel skills (functions - VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Business level English skills both written and verbal (another foreign language is an advantage)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support area, preferred in Finance / Invoicing
  • Knowledge of Services Operations is an advantage
  • Organized person with attention to detail, keeping deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive team player with a positive approach
  • Be able to work under pressure
Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.400 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience!
