For more information, please visitAt Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.What will your responsibilities be?Cooperating during joint OEM / Adient investigations based at Kosice Volvo OEMEnsuring quick and accurate feedback regarding concerns noted in OEM plantAttending quality reviews, meetings and operational reviews at OEM in relation to Adient Seating productPresenting investigations and project updates to several layers of OEM management.Ensuring of the quality issues defined by the customer are being initiated and analyzed in compliance with Adient, alternatively with customer methods (8D report, Problem Solving „PSD“, PCDA, A3, Kepner-Tregoe...)Supervising and monitoring alongside OEM repair and seat fit areas to ensure swift response to concerns raised, leading initial investigations and communication accurately back to Adient JIT MOR operational teamsAttendance at OEM internal meetings and reviews to understand quality metrics relating to Adient MOR quality performanceWhich qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?High school education – manufacturing (advantage)Minimum 1 year in the Automotive IndustryProblem solving skills (8D / KT )Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and proven ability to multi-task investigations in high demand areas (i.e. Launch / SOP start up)Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.Which benefits do we offer?Base monthly salary starting from 2000 EUR gross.
