- Receive and post both operational and non-operational invoices.
- Handle incoming dunning letters and vendor statements.
- Communicate with vendors to clarify and resolve disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor master data (address, bank details, emails, etc.).
- Post bank statements and resolve interface errors.
- Process recurring monthly invoices and manage asset accounting entries.
- Assist with AP, AR, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Use SAP, MS Excel and AS400 systems in your daily work.
- Solid accounting background
- Degree in Economics, Finance or another relevant field.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with SAP is welcome.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
