- Define and implement, in cooperation with Service Delivery Org., the Service EMEA Logistics strategy
- Supervise Logistics processes ensuring system data are always reliable, orders are processed in a timely manner and information flows seamlessly to the field and to customers
- Supervise logistics processes and policies ensuring they are kept up-to-date and implemented
- Own and improve PDSL and RDSL performance for Service EMEA
- Cooperate with Procurement and with Service Operations Teams to optimize the trade-off between customer satisfaction and logistics capital/operational expenses
- Cooperate with EMEA Hub Logistics Management to assure consistency of the strategy and processes
- Cooperate with Spares sales (Quotation team) to ensure spares planning programs are met
- Coordinate Central Spares Warehouse team to ensure service level and inventory accuracy are met
- Monitor performance and manage the warehouse and shipping logistics provider(s) ensuring contractual agreements are kept
- Supervise and coordinate country Service Logistics teams to harmonise processes across EMEA
- Ensure timely inventory physical checks are performed across the entire EMEA Service logistics network
- Ensure the appropriate logistic parameters and algorithms are utilized and in general that the entire EMEA spares planning process runs efficiently
- Ensure the appropriate geographical distribution of Crash Kits according to contract base
- Supervise return of parts from the field (reverse logistics)
- Supervise Central Repair Center Operations
- Create the conditions for a continuous improvement of Spares logistics performance throughout EMEA
- Ensure logistics networks and organization productivity and efficiency improvements through constant review logistics KPIs
- Ensure the organization reacts properly in case urgent spares requests generated by field emergencies
- Ensure Logistics resources development and training
- Ensure rigorous system transactions (Oracle), inventory accuracy and immaculate data quality
- Coordinate Service Spares Logistics readiness when a new Product is launched
- Liaise with Service Tech Support and Service Marketing to prepare logistics network during phase in/out of product families
- Liaise with Service Offering to manage spares parts price properly according to current price lists and discount rules
- School Background
- University Degree
- Language skills
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
- Technical / Functional skills
- 5+ years of Logistics experience (preferably in a service environment) in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Well organized and capable of working under pressure

- Able to manage people and coordinate/run projects
- Drive and self motivation
- Ability to work in an international environment

- Availability to travel and working time flexibility
- 20% mainly across the Region and possibly outside the Region
