DescriptionWe’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and help build a next-generation cybersecurity management platform. You’ll work closely with architects, software engineers, and fellow developers in a collaborative, agile environment.Project Highlights:
  • Early development phase – we’re building the platform from scratch
  • By October 2025, we plan to deliver a pre-functional platform demonstrating communication between the front end and back end
  • The platform’s architecture is designed with scalability, resilience, and future-readiness in mind, including:
Microservices-Based Architecture
Containerized Workloads using Docker, orchestrated by Kubernetes
A Data-Driven Core to support advanced analytics and insights
An API-First Design for seamless integration and extensibility
A Cloud-Agnostic Foundation supporting flexible deployment across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem environmentsThe Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is scheduled for launch by December 2025, with significant strategic focus on accelerating time-to-market delivery.Note: We are looking for candidates interested in working under an employment contract.
B2B or freelance cooperation is not possible in this project.Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Minimum B2 level of speaking and writing English
  • Creating Interaction and UI Design for web-based applications and mobile apps, from concept to shipping release software
  • Strong experience of working in modern collaborative environments (Sketch, Figma, Miro, Google Docs)
  • A good communicator, who can creatively and effectively communicate ideas to others, feedback-based attitude
  • Excellent written and communication skills
Job responsibilities
  • Facilitate and evolve the look and feel of the customer’s existing Product Design language,
  • Directly communicate with POBA and customer-side stakeholders to understand needs of current feature,
  • Develop user interactions, workflows and create wireframes, mock-ups to implement features,
  • Understand web-based applications specifics from concept to development,
  • Understand mobile-based applications (iOS/Android) design,
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of quality,
  • Always seek out design best practices, design patterns across multiple industries and products.
