• Translate and localize curriculum materials into French, ensuring cultural and regional relevance.
• Learn and understand ERP system workflows to accurately translate related documentation.
• Manage large-scale projects with a focus on timely delivery.
• Work with Education Services to create tailored learning solutions.
• Develop innovative eLearning solutions with input from product experts and stakeholders.
• Analyze AI-generated data to personalize and optimize learning paths.
• Continuously improve curriculum effectiveness using learner data and insights.

• Verbal and written skills in English and French (native speaker).
• Knowledge of SaaS products and enterprise software (ERP) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and project management - advantage.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI to create engaging learning experiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design or related field.
