Job Description:Drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and programs to launch and grow new or existing products and services, ensuring maximum market impact and customer engagement.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Develop, write, and manage customer-facing marketing content across digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business objectives and customer needsPlan and implement marketing programs or projects that support AT&T Business International sales organizationBuild cross-functional relationships with sales and product teams to identify marketing opportunitiesTrack marketing programs or projects through completion to determine effectivenessElevate customer awareness of products and solutions through marketing communication projectsMaintain budget for assigned programs or projectsProject Manage updates to external website for AT&T Business International with Digital TeamResearch Industry Insights for sales regionsSkills and Requirements:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling marketing content for diverse audiences.Experience presenting ideas and result to stakeholders at various organizational levels.Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel marketing, product marketing, or a related field, preferably in B2B or technology sectorsDemonstrated experience researching and applying industry insights specific to sales regions to inform marketing strategiesAbility to analyze marketing data and program effectiveness, leveraging insights to optimize future campaignsProven ability to interact directly with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure marketing initiatives drive engagement and satisfactionStrong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines and budgetExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, digital, creative, etc.)Strong attention to detail in both content creation and project executionSelf-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plusSalary from 4200 EUR/a month gross.
