If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments including marketing, finance, risk management, sales, operations, and HR.Responsibilities:Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Proactively source, identify, and engage with qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.Implement employer branding activities such as actively posting job openings on LinkedIn, social media platforms, and the company website.Participate in various events, such as career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events, to promote the company and attract top talent.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple departments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.High level of professionalism and integrity.What are we offering:Hybrid working policy and flexible working timeVarious financial benefits and compensations for your extra effortClear career path, regular salary review and performance bonusCareer development plan, internal learning platform and external trainingsPaid sick days and additional days offPossibility to work from abroadMeal contribution fully paid by PwCSport activities and Multi-sport card contributionExtra bonuses for special life eventsLife Coaching - psychological, legal and financial consultingMental help supportCompany parties, team buildings and many moreWage (gross): From 1500 EUR/month (Based on the candidate's seniority, we are open to discuss salary options individually.)
