Your sales expertise will drive growth and support our vision to lead the industry in connectivity, technology, and community.As a Senior Sales Support Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by supporting the sales team through pre-sales coordination and project management of high-capacity opportunities. Your leadership ensures seamless pre-sales execution, strong stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client experience across AT&T Business Solutions.What You'll Do:

Lead cross-functional coordination of designs, pricing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and accurate pre-sales execution.
Serve as the primary customer advocate during pre-sales engagements, maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations.
Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep pre-sales requests on track from contract signing to service turn-up.
Monitor key milestones and timelines, escalating issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
Analyze data from high-capacity requests to identify and implement process improvements.
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of experience in project management or pre-sales support, preferably in telecom or IT sectors.
Deep knowledge of sales, service delivery processes, and related tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Experience with data-driven process improvement initiatives in high-capacity request management.
Ability to work US shift hours (starting at 14:00 / 15:00 CET).
