Accounting roles are hot as ever, so if you want to do the following as part of your daily tasks, please apply!Responsibilities:-Collect, validate authorization, and post journal entries into designated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system(s) as requested.-Interact professionally with other areas of Global Business Services.-Serve as a control point to ensure that all journal entries received are posted daily.-Adhere to monthly cutoffs and month-end processing as defined by other teams within Global Business Services and division finance personnel.-Support account reconciliation process.-Ensure that all supporting documentation is properly filed and stored in accordance with policy.-Maintain assigned checklists and documentation for assigned activities.-Respond to divisional, corporate, and other Global Business Services area inquiries.-Submit ideas and feedback to the team for process improvement.-Cross-train with others as assigned.BenefitsAlong with this position come also very attractive benefits such as:

Requirements

2 years of experience in accounting analyst, specialist role, or, experience with accounting in an SSC is an advantage
Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
Ability to meet deadlines
Motivated self-starter with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to meet deadlines
