- Deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on SharePoint Server/Online and the Power Platform
- Design and implement modern collaboration and content architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Lead SharePoint modernization and migration initiatives, including SharePoint Server to SharePoint Online and hybrid architectures
- Modernize legacy customizations and workflows, and integrate solutions with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Provide guidance on information architecture, governance, security, compliance, search, and Microsoft 365 integration
- Drive delivery excellence by producing clear customer documentation, reusable playbooks, and collaborating with CSAs/partners/global teams
- 8–10+ years of experience delivering customer-facing engagements for enterprise collaboration platforms
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and OneDrive in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint architecture, hybrid scenarios and identity/authentication integration
- Power Platform skills including governance/administration and building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
- English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)
