Join our forward-thinking team and lead the way in integrating intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making into our operations. We're looking for early-career professionals who are passionate about process improvement and eager to make a real impact.What You'll Do:

Analyze existing logistics and fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
Lead end-to-end process reengineering projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with AI engineers, data analysts, and operations teams to integrate intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making into redesigned workflows.
Develop process maps, SOPs, and documentation to support implementation and training.
Evaluate the impact of process changes using KPIs and performance metrics.
Support the deployment of digital tools and platforms that enhance operational agility and customer fulfillment.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements:

Up to 3 years of experience in process improvement or related fields.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop detailed process maps, SOPs, and documentation.
Proficiency in evaluating process changes using KPIs and performance metrics.
Experience with deploying digital tools and platforms.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
