Head of Payroll

• Performs independent activities focused on salary issues and HR
• Ensures the smooth running of the payroll department and is responsible for the correct and timely processing of wages by employees and the creation of procedures in the field of wages and the application of the company's wage policy in accordance with applicable legislation
• Leads a team of payroll accountants
• Independently prepares drafts of directives and documents in the wage area
• Processes outputs and regular reporting in the agreed structure and period
• Is responsible for the correct setting and functionality of the attendance system and organizational structure
• Operatively solves all activities related to remuneration of employees

• Control of the creation of applications, interruptions and de-registrations to the social and health insurance company
• Checks processing of wages, sending pay slips
• Creation of monthly statements to health and social insurance
• Checking employee attendance, uploading attendance data to the SAP system
• Control of output documents: preparation of ELDP, Credit cards, confirmation of receipt
• Creating and processing reports as needed
