A Service Monitoring and Reporting Jr. Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring effective monitoring and reporting across the organization, helping to identify issues and drive continues improvement.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and review daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for monitored servicesIdentify anomalies, or issuesReport and escalate to appropriate teamsPrepare impact assessments and summaries of findingsConduct ad-hoc and scheduled analysesMaintain and regularly update internal documentation and knowledge basesEnsure all processes and procedures are accurately documented and up to dateWork closely with Operations teams, Product and other internal teamsDuties and responsibilities can be changed after arrangementCompetenciesFluent in English in written and spokenAdvanced user of Microsoft office (Excel Skillful)Proven experience in data analyses and reporting, with attention to detailSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work individuallyQualifications and education requirementsSecondary with school-leaving examinationAt least 1 year of experience at a similar position
