You'll collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that create meaningful impact for both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Design and develop business and integration applications serving both internal and external users and systems
Review and approve pull requests to ensure code quality, consistency, coding standards, and maintainability
Guide and mentor development teams on involved technology stacks, sharing your expertise to elevate overall team performance
Solve complex problems by leveraging your experience and technical knowledge to optimize software performance
Research and implement emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions and stay ahead of industry trends

About the TeamOur team develops, extends and maintains business applications. Both business user group and respective solutions range from very tailored and specialized to large applications for hundreds of users. The content covers the use case for data capture, integration, transformation to BPM solutions. Proven experience developing software using Java and Spring framework
Experience in REST API design and implementation
Strong knowledge of relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL) and optimization techniques

These are additional nice to haves:

Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns and principles, including microservice architecture and event-driven design
Previous public cloud experience and containerization technologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 2,700] and [EUR 4,500] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
