About the Role:As a Senior Reporting Professional, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our investment accounting processes. You'll be the go-to expert for the Investment Subledger closing process, bringing your deep knowledge of investment products and accounting standards (IFRS, Statutory, Regulatory, and Tax) to the table.This is more than just a reporting role - it's a chance to drive innovation, optimize processes, and collaborate globally.Key Accountabilities:

Understand data flows, system landscapes, and interactions affecting financial accounting transactions.
Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly and quarterly investment reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and business partners.
Identify and resolve issues proactively; apply best practices and analytical tools.
Anticipate issues, propose timely solutions, and provide decision-relevant input also for ad hoc tasks.
Provide insight that helps to ensure a smooth flow of information through the accounting and reporting life cycle.
Analyse and assess current accounting and reporting processes; identify areas for improvement and future optimization.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate reporting requirements into delivered solutions.
Contribute to building stakeholder understanding and engagement on the future target state.

Contribute to global projects, ensuring alignment of investment accounting and reporting processes

About the TeamThe Global Investment Reporting team is part of Global Finance, has ownership of Investment Financial Accounting sub-ledger for various investments, including all valuations and related reporting deliverables across different location.Our team is responsible for financial accounting & closing of all investment sub-ledger balances across all local accounting valuations with primary focus on Group IFRS delivery.Main financial accounting and reporting areas: Cash reconciliation, Fixed income investments and Equity financial reporting including Fully consolidated investments.About YouTo be successful in this role, the following position requirements are essential:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 3 years have been in investments or at accounting area.
University degree with emphasis in accounting and/or Finance
Solid financial acumen and understanding of multi-valuation concept (IFRS, Statutory & Regulatory, Tax Reporting)
Pro-active, forward-looking mind set and high-quality delivery focus
Global perspective and project-oriented mindset
Team player with a high degree of personal accountability and ownership
High level of interest in learning new technologies
Solid communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within organization
Ability to deal with ambiguity and influence positive outcomes
Ability to effectively manage priorities and ad hoc tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excel advanced skills is a must

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,100 and EUR 3,400 per month (for a full-time role).The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
