We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to providing top-notch customer support to our Slovak-speaking clients.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Your efforts will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service in Slovak and English across multiple channels
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Accurately document interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure comprehensive solutions to customer challenges
Collect customer feedback to inform service improvements
Keep informed about our products and services to assist customers effectively
Engage in continuous training to enhance customer service skills

Requirements

Fluency in Slovak and English with strong communication skills
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational proficiency
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
