If you're ready to shape the future of SAP solutions and make an impact, we invite you to join our team and be a key player in our success.ResponsibilitiesRun SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance, including business requirements adjustment and development, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational change, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisSupport assessment of current customer solutions and potential areas of opportunity for SAP solution implementationSupport adjustment and development Record-to-Report (R2R) functional requirements and identification of related IT and business enablers from the initial point of view around customer initiatives to the final blueprint as a base for SAP implementationSupport in account planning activities to build the customer vision based on the solution scopeDrive architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency, communication, and cooperation across the R2R domain of architecturePartake in the customer engagement lifecycle, and act as an integral member of the account engagement teamDeﬁne and integrate business, data, application, and the technical R2R architecture domainLead/support the target architecture & customer roadmap development and maintain alignment with SAP solutionsProactively introduce innovation topics to solve speciﬁc customer needsBuild personal customer relationships and support EPAM sales team in detailed customer (solution) discovery discussionsStay up to date about R2R improvement trends and the actual SAP portfolio of related solutions to formulate a customer roadmapEstimate work efforts relating to the R2R process and related organizational design improvement, SAP technical configuration and developmentRequirementsExpertise in identifying R2R-related business opportunities and solution gaps, as well as develop gap closure optionsCapability to present SAP features and innovations filtered and focused on potential customer needs related to the R2R domainExperience in R2R business architecture development with knowledge of related business processes, SAP solutions, and delivery methodologyUnderstanding of SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Controlling) functionalityHigh-level knowledge of budgeting and S&OP processes, cost allocation methods, fast closing approachesAbility to align and eﬀectively communicate with customer IT and business organizationsNice to haveHigh-level understanding of the capabilities, functionality, and technologies of SAP S/4HANA (Logistics), CFin, PaPM, BPC, IBP, and related deployment optionsFamiliarity with GAAP and IFRS accounting processes and principlesKnowledge of the sales process cycle, account management, and go-to-market planning in IT service salesExpertise in frameworks such as PMP, SAP Architectural and Design Thinking, and TOGAFWe offer/Benefits
