  • Close cooperation and partnership with key business stakeholders from Global Controlling & Finance in Henkel's regional HQ
  • Reporting & analysis of financial performance and financial forecasts (Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet)
  • Contributing to decision-making in Finance and Controlling
  • Supporting with on-demand requests and ad-hoc financial reports
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline reporting workflows
  • Potential to leverage BI tools to recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting

  • Business-related studies, preferably in Finance and Controlling
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Active level of English, written & spoken
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
