Join us as a Junior Performance Analyst and support our team with reporting, forecasting and data analysis.Your main responsibilities will be:✅ Preparation of presentations and analysis inputs for Performance/Production meetings, DeepDives, AGG Operations Working Group based on the instructions of direct supervisor.✅ Preparation of production, cost and KPIs inputs for Forecast, Budget, StratPlan and CAPEX plan and other analysis based on the requirements of AGG & Paving management.✅ Summarize the achieved results, trends and prepares monthly reports of Qualitative KPIs.✅ Support and cooperate on CAPEX & OPEX projects development (including CX requests preparation) by preparing the support analysis and relevant data foundations to achieve set deadlines and budget while keeping the scope of the projects.✅ Summarize the monthly cost development and prepare the detailed rolling forecast with potential upside/downside (EBITDA simulation).
