- You will assist in evaluating application security tools and technologies that support our processes.
- You will manage automated builds and deployment processes within Azure DevOps to eliminate manual work.
- You will actively manage and monitor our cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including backups and updating test stages.
- You will assist, research and integrate security technologies for large-scale deployments.
- You will build secure CI/CD pipelines incorporating application security tools to detect vulnerabilities early, preventing costly breaches while maintaining development velocity.
- You will automate security testing across the entire SDLC with practical implementation of application security tools that reduce manual security bottlenecks.
- You will use the DevSecOps Maturity Model (DSOMM) framework to systematically develop capabilities, level by level.
- You will apply practical DevSecOps strategies and be involved in security testing such as, SAST, SCA, Container Security, Infrastructure-as-Code, Fuzzing, Vulnerability Scanning and more.
- Understanding of basic security concepts and related security frameworks/standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS or HIPAA.
- Understanding of basic security vulnerabilities listed in OWASP TOP 10.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language, e.g. C#, Java or C++.
- Knowledge of the SDLC and experience integrating security best practices at every process stage.
- Basic experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and infrastructure as code (IAC).
- Good analytical problem-solving skills to scrutinize and solve very intricate security problems with effective solutions.
- Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams and possess good communication skills.
- Passionate about continued learning and being aware of current security trends and technologies.
- Enrolled in a Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related degree program (Bachelor or Master level)
- Proficient spoken and written English, ideally B2 level or above
- Long-term part-time job during your studies with the opportunity to gain experience in an international company and try out other positions
