They will enable alignment of fundraising entities in Europe in their effort to reach a 5-year revenue goal through consolidation and monitoring of pipeline and revenue numbers for the region.The Fundraising Operations Coordinator will work with the Associate Director – Donor Engagement & Development Operations and other members of the Europe and Middle East Resource Development Team as well as EME Global Funding Network.WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
  • Support tracking and reporting on EME Resource Development raised revenue, pipeline & active grants from corporate/major donors/external fundraising network:
  • Maintain a system of monthly Area Office Resource Development pipeline and revenue updates for the management.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate donor records for corporate/major donors in HFHI's donor database and prospect pipeline.
  • Keep accurate records on projects and income and support with preparing quarterly reports.
  • Contribute to EME Global Funding Network (Germany, GB, Ireland, Netherlands) plans of revenue transfers, tracking and reporting on GFNs pipeline & active grants.
  • Enable alignment of 6 fundraising entities in Europe in their effort to reach a planned revenue goal by FY28:
  • Maintain and update shared pipeline data for 6 fundraising entities in EME region.
  • Track and consolidate investment KPI data for EME region.
  • Global process for match funding fundraising - supporting global institutional fundraising.
  • Administrative support of global match funding database of grants (gathering and continuously updating global data on institutional grants with match funding) – create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. Liaising globally with HFHI fundraisers/National organizations/Global Funding Network.
  • File appropriate documents in all relevant systems.
  • Others:
  • Perform additional duties when required, including drafting documents, presentations and setting up meetings and organizing the online filing system.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?To thrive as Fundraising Operations Coordinator, you should have:Minimum:
  • Education: University Degree (minimum Bachelor´s) in: Business, Management, Finance, Financial Controlling, International Development, International Relations, or other related fields.
  • Years of Related Experience: 2-5 years.
Qualifications:
  • Strong data management and data analysis skills, excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong interest in international development and global development issues, practices, and principles.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-player, strong collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Teams.

Preferred:
  • Experience of working in multi-national and cross-cultural setting is preferred.
