Our goal is to proactively find new ways to improve and continuously transform into the type of company providing innovative information and communication technology services.Job DescriptionWe are hiring to our team Senior Data Engineer who will develop, construct, test, and maintain data architectures, including databases and large-scale processing systems, ensuring that these architectures fully support the requirements of the business.In this role, the Senior Data Engineer plays a collaborative part, working closely with the business's Data and Analytics teams, gathering technical requirements and contributing to exceptional data governance across the organization.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Analyses complex data elements and systems, data flow, dependencies, and relationships in order to contribute to conceptual physical and logical data models.
Designs, builds, implementation and maintain the database structures to support business needs including integration of vendor database solutions into data environment.
Contributes to the development of the capacity planning function to properly identify needed hardware, software, database configuration / architecture to support application / business needs.
Manages the life cycle of multiple database tools by enabling smooth upgrades and/or installation and support of new capabilities.
Data munging, manipulation, cleansing and blending from multiple data sources and exposure to various data types and storage paradigms including data mining.
Works with data to solve business problems and build and maintain the infrastructure to answer questions with data.
Develops and manages scalable data processing platforms used for exploratory data analysis and real-time analytics.
Oversees activities of the junior data engineers, ensuring proper execution of their duties and alignment with business vision and objectives.

QualificationsYOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

have education of Information technologies -- Master's degree
have experiences with ICT Analysis, Architecture & Design - 5 years
have experiences with Cloud solutions , preferably GCP (orAzure, or AWS) in range of data processing - Expert
Machine learning - Advanced
have experiences with Data Analytics - visualization - Expert
have experiences with Big Data (e.g. MapReduce, Hive, HDFS, YARN, HBase, Oozie) - Expert
have experiences with Data processing methods (Kafka, Spark) - Advanced
have experiences with Data streaming, Data warehousing -Expert
have experiences with SQL and NoSQL Databases - Advanced
have experiences with programming, scripting - Advanced
have Data mining techniques - Advanced
have analytical thinking, Team management, cross-functional Collaboration, strategic thinking and ability to Innovate, Effective Communication and Stress Tolerance
speak English - Advanced (C1) and German advantage - Intermediate (B1)

Possible specialization

Experience with usage of ML tools e.g. Tensorflow, Pytorch
Knowledge of programing languages used in the field of ML (e.g. Python, R)
Knowledge of distributed filesystems

In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100€ /brutto.Additional information
