Within three months, you will…

Take ownership of your first client project, leading the solution deployment
Apply your expertise to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Adjust our deployment tooling according to project needs
Actively contribute to ongoing projects by providing support and technical consultations

Within six months, you will…

Master our specialized tool set and technical documentation essential for solution deployment
Contribute to comprehensive technical documentation such as Factory Acceptance Tests
Contribute improvements to our internal tools and processes

Within one year, you will…

Independently manage multiple technical deployments
Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and external clients
Provide customized troubleshooting that help resolve complex issues
Contribute to product roadmaps by channeling customer feedback into meaningful improvements

Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn
University education in technology area
Flexibility and willingness to travel on short business trips (EMEA Travel ~20% of time)
