- Own and lead regional initiatives to improve delivery performance (PDSL, RDSL, OTIF...)
- Establish and govern a regional Material Management Master Data Management framework ensuring a robust single source of truth across systems
- Drive digitalization across Materials Management and support integration improvements between systems (Oracle, E2Open, APS system)
- Support EMEA deployment of the new Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system
- Strengthen Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and support enhancing SIOP process maturity
- Build VOS capabilities and drive continuous improvement across all EMEA materials management teams.
- Lead structured root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring supply chain bottlenecks
- Identify and deploy process standardization and automation opportunities by leveraging AI/RPA to streamline transactional materials processes
- Establish training materials, standard work, and best-practice sharing across EMEA sites
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and strategic projects to enhance efficiency, standardization, and overall materials management performance
- 10+ years of experience in Materials Management, Production Planning, or Supply Chain within a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in digital transformation, APS systems, and Master Data Governance
- Strong background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt required)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional change in matrix organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred
- Full professional proficiency in English; Italian or Slovak beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to travel 20-30% across EMEA for site engagements, Kaizen events, and system deployments.
