We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic global team. You will have the opportunity to deliver impactful outcomes by leveraging technology, optimizing workflows, and supporting decision-making.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data to enhance end-to-end P&C reinsurance processes.
Document and Analyze: Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements, system specifications, and process workflows.
Optimize Underwriting Processes: Streamline workflows and enhance decision-making through data-driven analysis and process improvement.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, IT professionals, and other business units, to implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
Facilitate Engagement: Conduct workshops and meetings to gather feedback, promote collaboration, and ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.
Support Seamless Integration: Partner with IT teams to ensure effective system integration and support the organization's digital ecosystem.
Provide Training and Support: Train business users, facilitate knowledge transfer, and support incident and defect resolution to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex challenges.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing objectives and timelines.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and within a global team.

Additional Advantages

Knowledge of P&C reinsurance underwriting processes and principles of digital transformation.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Ability to identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose actionable solutions.

Together, let's shape the future of reinsurance.For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,200] and [EUR 5,300] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
