– Manages and documents transparently volunteer related finances;

- Prepare financial transactions related to offices in Bratislava, Nairobi and project expenditures - ensure proper coding and approvals;
- Verify supporting documentation, ensure reconciliation with approved contracts;
- Maintain an effective filing system for financial transactions;
- Review and process travel & expense reports, follow up on employee advances;
- Process necessary journal entries in the UNIT4 ERP (system for managing the core finance processes)
- Prepare/review payment requests for transactions processed through the HQ;
- Set up payments for automated bank transfers
- Becoming a power-user in the UNIT4 ERP supporting multiple entities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa
- Independently manage accounting for Habitat for Humanity Switzerland
- Assist with providing support and oversight of Habitat-branded entities in Europe
