If you are a Marketing specialist with at least 2 years' experience with marketing campaigns, digital content management tools and are interested in helping with EAI's representation on social channels supporting the growth of its community, we definitely would like to hear from you.Primary Focus: Brand Oriented Community BuildingThe ideal candidate will prioritize working on community building with emphasis on branding , ensuring strong engagement and growth of the EAI brand and community with strategic and creative brand-oriented tactics.JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities: * Community Building

Develop and execute comprehensive community-building strategies aimed at fostering relationships, engagement, and growth within the EAI community.
Use creative brand-oriented tactics to engage existing and potential community members through various online and offline channels.
Collaborate with stakeholders and influencers within the community to enhance engagement and awareness.
Branding & Awareness

Support the growth of the EAI brand globally, including conferences, publications, and events.
Develop and implement branding strategies that drive visibility and brand equity.
Create and manage result-oriented brand relations campaigns aimed at strengthening EAI’s reputation globally.
Digital Marketing

Plan, create, and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns using a combination of channels such as email marketing, social media, PPC, etc.
Optimize marketing communications by applying testing, measurement, and tracking techniques. Conduct ROI analysis and provide comprehensive reporting on campaign performance.
Manage social media and email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, audience segmentation, content creation/editing, and visual layout design.
Monitor and evaluate individual marketing efforts, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy. Provide detailed campaign results regularly.
Content Management & Website Maintenance

Edit and upload content for EAI websites, ensuring accuracy through proofreading and fact-checking.
Manage layout and formatting, maintaining the overall visual and structural consistency of the website using WordPress.
Knowledge of working with WordPress will be a plus for this role.
