- Inspection of purchased parts and materials according to the inspection plan in the SAP system
- Taking measurements using various measuring instruments Deciding on the release or blocking of material in the system and internal exchange of information
- Independent preparation and management of complaints for purchased parts (detection in the production team or at the customer's site)
- Communication with external (supplier) and internal Brose partners (production team, purchasing, quality planning) on the basis of drawings and specifications in order to clarify the cause of the defect in the framework of the complaint
- Monitoring of the complaint in the 8D report
- Organizing sorting actions in agreement with the quality department in the production team
- Collecting and settling costs incurred in claims
- Technical education
- Experience in Quality Area is a benefit
- Knowledge of auditing/statistics is also a benefit
- User knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, SAP
- Active knowledge of the English language (minimum B1) and Slovkaian language (minimum C1)
