About our teamJoin our in-house design team shaping 150+ digital products across the reinsurance value chain - from sales and underwriting to claims. You'll take full ownership of the design process (Discovery to Delivery), working closely with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly, accessible, and future-ready interfaces - increasingly powered by AI. Based in Bratislava, you'll work in an international environment, tackling complex challenges and automation through thoughtful, user-centered design.About the role

Own the UX of digital products, shaping both strategy and detailed interaction design
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs using Figma
Conduct user research and usability tests, and continuously improve based on insights
Facilitate workshops and communicate concepts through storytelling and user journeys
Apply and evolve our Design System, ensuring accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and consistency
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, business experts - and increasingly with data and AI teams
Design for AI-powered features: explainable recommendations, human-in-the-loop workflows, conversational UIs
Explore generative AI tools to support ideation, content, and prototyping workflows
Bring a service design and systems thinking approach to solve end-to-end experience challenges

About you

3+ years of design experience (B2B or complex domains a plus)
Skilled in Figma and familiar with Design Thinking
Strong communicator with clear rationale and storytelling in your design work
Curious about AI, automation, and emerging tech, and how they enhance UX
Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
Able to zoom out to the big picture, while crafting clear, intuitive UIs

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 2,100] and [EUR 3,400] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
