Junior ESG Sustainability Specialist

• Supporting ESG and CSRD reporting across the organization
• Collecting, processing, and analyzing sustainability data (including carbon footprint)
• Collaborating with other plants and business divisions
• Assisting with internal and external ESG-related communication
• Monitoring basic ESG legislation and sustainability trends
• Preparing documentation for audits and compliance (e.g. SMETA, ISO 14001)
• Cooperating with the sales team to communicate ESG topics to customers

• University degree (preferably in environmental engineering, technical, or science-related fields)
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data and draw conclusions
• High motivation to learn and interest in ESG / sustainability
• Fluent English - written and spoken
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to grow professionally

• Experience in a production or industrial environment
• Knowledge of ESG / CSRD frameworks
• Basic understanding of ISO standards or SMETA audits

• Employment type: Full-time
• Work model: Hybrid (with initial office presence required)
• Travel: Occasional travel within the EMEA region
• Start date: By agreement (ideally summer/autumn 2025)
