Information about the positionJob description, responsibilities and dutiesFor our team, we are searching for a new colleague, with whom we can transform Slovakia together – concentrate and circulate talents, connect businesses and academy worlds through excellent research. Excellent research is inseparably connected with projects.We are searching for a skillful and reliable colleague, who will be a strong support of our project management team. We are hiring a Project Administrator who will be responsible for direct administrative support in reaching the Institute’s projects goals and will ensure that the project grants are implemented and administered according to grant guidelines. The Project Administrator will be responsible for the administration of projects mainly funded from Slovak Recovery and Resilience Plan and the European programs.A Project Administrator must have good administrative, planning and organizational skills, must have sense for detail, and professional communication skills.Responsibilities:
  • Administration and coordination support of grant applications (especially Recovery and Resilience plan, but also European programs – Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, other grant schemes – INTERREG, ESIF funds)
  • Keeping and updating records of grant opportunities / projects, processing opinions and documents for the needs of the Institute
  • Providing administrative support for the research teams working on the project proposals including the application process
  • Supporting the implementation of multiple projects with project and grant administration while ensuring the compliance with the rules of particular grant scheme, work schedule and budget
  • Reporting towards grant authorities, preparation of payment claims / monitoring reports
