AirExplore is an expanding airline operating in the international aviation market. We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team and ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.Key Responsibilities

End-to-end payroll processing in accordance with Slovak legislation
Administration of attendance, allowances, benefits, and payroll inputs
Communication with authorities (Social Insurance, health insurers, tax office)
Preparation of monthly and annual payroll reports
Providing payroll-related support to employees
Collaboration with HR and Finance teams
Perform additional accounting tasks

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Payroll Accountant, Senior Accountant, or similar role
Strong knowledge of Slovak payroll, tax, and labor law
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
English proficiency (written and spoken)
Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central HR module considered an advantage
Experience in an international or shared services environment considered an advantage
