We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleDeveloper primarily for SAP SPM (SuccessFactors Incentive Management) Workflows development.ResponsibilitiesHands-on Administration/Workflow developmentAnalyze requirements for feasibility within SAP SPM workflow module and provide level of effortWorking with Data Integration, Configuration and Reporting teams, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirementsDevelop solutions primarily in SAP SPM Workflow module based on design identified including but not limited to creating or updating forms, scripts, and workflowsIdentify test scenarios, execute unit testing, and document resultsDocument migrations and migrate configurations from lower environments to productionAssist with developing or provide support for system integration testing and user acceptance testingTroubleshoot defects/ production issues within SAP SPM workflowsThis position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating existing SAP solution (its customized part) as well as development work on new requirements from our business team.The salary range for this opportunity starts at 3500 EUR gross per month. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Expertise2+ years practical experience in Groovy Scripting (used within SAP SPM Workflow module) and/or similar programming languages (Java or similar)Practical experience with Python is an advantagePractical experience with Power Shell scripting is an advantageExperience in writing SQL and PLSQL/ProgramsStrong Database Programing using SAP Hana, Workday and SQL Server/OracleOperational experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNowExperience / knowledge of technical adapters (HTTP_AAE, IDoc_AAE, RFC, SOAP, SFTP, REST, AS2)technical integration experience on SAP & non-SAP systems using these adapters is a big advantageKnowledge of Kyndryl incentive process and compliance standards is a big advantageThis job position may be suitable also for junior programmers with strong potentialBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
