- Competitive Compensation - Starting from €2,400/month (adjusted based on experience) + annual bonus & benefits package.

- Take ownership of analyzing, planning, and designing automation solutions using BPM workflow tools (e.g., Camunda), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with clients to define both technical and business requirements for process automation, and drive the adoption of innovative technologies.
- Support the ongoing implementation of new use cases and expansion of project scope.
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects in the areas of process design and business transformation.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting or project management within the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of banking business processes and a solid understanding of the financial industry.
- Hands-on experience with regulatory topics in the financial sector.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with a variety of tools for process modeling (e.g., Camunda), project management, and analysis.
- Fluency in German and English
